Most low-income Montanans qualify. If your income is below about 200% of the federal poverty level and your problem is civil (not criminal), apply. Not sure? Apply anyway — we'll help you find resources even if we can't take your case.

We call back within 3–5 business days. If you have a deadline — a court date, an eviction notice, a benefits denial window — note it when you apply and we prioritize accordingly.
