MLSA cannot be compelled to disclose information you share in the course of seeking legal representation. This site uses HTTPS to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers.

Montana Health Justice Partnership

MLSA partners with community health centers through the Montana Health Justice Partnership. Patients referred through this program should be aware that their contact with MLSA is governed by attorney-client privilege, separate from any HIPAA protections that apply to their medical records.
